Each Osmo cargo is designed with a distinct fit and purpose. Detailed fit information is provided on every product page. We recommend referring to the product description and size chart before placing your order.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped within 48 hours of placement. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines vary based on your location. Most orders within India are delivered within 2–5 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Easy returns and exchanges within 7 days—no questions asked. Once the garment is received and quality-checked, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 24–48 hours.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping charges and delivery timelines vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
International shipping and returns
International orders are eligible for returns within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. Customs duties and taxes, if applicable, are non-refundable.

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
